Ahead of their performance next Friday, March 27 at The Ryman Auditorium in support of Dr. Dog, Philadelphia art rock outfit mewithoutYou have inked a new deal with taste-making punk label Run For Cover Records, and have announced that their long-awaited and as-yet-untitled sixth album will drop this summer, helmed by producer Will Yip. LP6 follows 2012’s Ten Stories, and is the band’s first output following a highly successful ten year anniversary tour for their beloved sophomore album, Catch for Us the Foxes. We last caught the group at Mercy Lounge, and look forward to seeing their sound translated into the epic setting that is the Mother Church. Dr. Dog fan or no, you should really, really snag tickets for this one here, and check out an album announcement video, which includes a brief clip of new music, below!
