The Attic Sessions are a series of short films that feature intimate, taped performances and interviews in The Attic Lounge, backstage at Nashville’s historic War Memorial Auditorium. These candid documentaries of guest artists playing their songs and sharing their stories add to the efforts to promote Nashville as the premier live music city in the country.
This month’s Attic Session features alt-country singer/songwriter and co-founder of BR549, Chuck Mead. Check out Chuck performing a few songs including his recent release, Free State Serenade, as well as discussing the inspiration behind the album and his experience as Music Director for the Tony award-winning Broadway smash, “Million Dollar Quartet”.
