Nashville’s reigning king of party music and good vibes, Tyler Walker, who performs as Meth Dad, has long been one of the most fun examples of the broad range of artists Music City has to offer, and, without a doubt, one of our favorite local live acts. Though it’s been a minute since Meth Dad last put out a record, he’s been dropping some gems here and there, and this week unleashed a fantastic new tune called “So Real” upon us. Channeling his typically synthy, borderline psychedelic sound, the tune adopts a more downtempo and hypnotic quality, and we can’t stop listening to it. Give “So Real” a spin below, and be sure to catch Meth Dad live when he brings his (seriously crazy fun) live show to The Stone Fox on March 12, along with Michael Parallax, Young Breh, and Future Dogs, all for just $5!
