You probably know rhyme slinger, Justin Donahue, as part of the Nashville of the local hip-hop outfit Jung Youth. We’ve been keeping you in the loop on this group, with their fresh beats and intelligent lyrics, for a while now, and even enjoyed some of their spirited yules at our annual caroling event at The Stone Fox this year. It was exciting to get a taste of the new project from Jung Youth today with the video for “Peter” from their upcoming release Yada Yada which is set to release on March 3rd.
The video release couldn’t be better timed, as you’ll have a chance to catch Jung Youth at the upcoming Red Bull Sound Select event with other local rising stars Mike Floss and Villz at The Stone Fox on Thursday night (2/26).
