[Video Premiere] Watch Whoa Dakota Get Bluesy with “The Sand”

We’ve got the exclusive premiere of indie rockers Whoa Dakota‘s live video for the brand new bluesy tune “The Sand.” The band’s previous single was more vintage pop, but we think they sound great playing a straightforward blues song, which better shows off frontwoman Jessica Ott’s impressive vocals alongside some tasty slide guitar. Ott told us via email that the song is “representative of how far we can take ourselves down the rabbit hole in relationships.”

Click through for the live video of Whoa Dakota getting the blues, and catch the band live Dec. 2 at The 5 Spot!
