Street Fairs and mini festivals are becoming the norm around Nashville. We are really big fans of the music at Live On The Green, the camaraderie of Tomato Arts Festival, and the free flowing beers at Octoberfest in Germantown. Today we are stoked to announce a festival that combines all three of these into one. Go ahead and mark your calendars for 3 p.m. on Saturday May 17, 2014, and tell all your friends about the Capitol District Street Fair!
The Capitol District Street Fair brings together the Germantown, Salemtown, Hope Gardens, and Buena Vista neighborhoods for a day of music, food, and celebration. Music acts feature Machines Are People Too, James Wallace & The Naked Light, Ranch Ghost, Alyssa Bonagura, Andrew Leahey & The Homestead, and Waterfall Wash. If that isn’t enough for you, there will also be lawn games set up, craft beer stations, and food trucks galore!
You can check out some media previews of all the bands below, and you can find out more information at the festival’s website and RSVP on Facebook.
