Ok, sure, this is not quite as exciting as those Star Wars auditions back in the fall, but NBC’s hit talent competition show, America’s Got Talent, is hosting auditions Jan. 28 in Nashville (their third visit to Music City), at Soundcheck (750 Cowan St.) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. This round of auditions is to be held with the show’s producers, not judges, and will not televised. Though it is an open audition, you can register ahead of time here. Nashville is obviously musician heavy, but the show encourages talents of any kind, especially those of the unique variety. AGT will air this summer, and awards a $1 mil prize to its winner. Head here for more information.
