[Preview] Deer Tick w/ The Deep Dark Woods, Minton Sparks, Tristen and Sheriff Scott and the Deputies TONIGHT at Loveless Cafe

If you’ve got plans tonight, cancel them! Music City Roots, the weekly concert and live radio show broadcast from (world?) famous Loveless Cafe has one of the best line-ups we’ve seen in a long time and you need to be there! Staff favorite Deer Tick headline a MASSIVE bill including The Deep Dark Woods, Minton Sparks, Tristen and Sheriff Scott and the Deputies. It’s an All-Ages show starting at 7 pm. DEER TICK

The Rhode Island alt-country, indie folk ragers are touring in support of their fifth, and possibly their best, album Negativity after a pretty crazy year for band founder John McCauley. But like all great artists he channeled his strife and the negatives in his life into his work with his bandmates. The results are very impressive, and leave little to the imagination as to where the title of the album came from. This local tongue-in-cheek Western quartet has only been around since July so not much is known about them and there is even less online about them. This barebones FB Page doesn’t tell us much other than they appear to enjpy having a good time!
