Local Raconteur, Greenhorne, and Readymade Records label founder Brendan Benson is busy working on his next LP, and we’ve got a single to share with you from that upcoming release. This will be the followup to his April 2012 album What Kind Of World, and I would imagine we will have more tracks and details leaking out in advance of Brendan repping Music City in Austin in March.  Have a listen to the new track “Swimming” below, which was co-written by film score composer extrodinaire Michael Andrews.

If you like the new track, you can always rehash the past by listening to What Kind Of World on Spotify below.

You can also go old school and grab a physical copy at your local record store, or download it digitally on iTunes here. You can also download it on Benson’s website here.
