Milo Greene w/ Lucius, The High Watt & Grimeys, Tonight In Nashville

We’ve already told you about that EP release show going on tonight with Singer/Songwriter Erin Rae, but perhaps you need more pop or more barley pops or you like to pay for parking or whatever.  If any of those things are the case for you, then you should swing by The High Watt tonight to check out LA indie pop group Milo Greene and Brooklyn’s Lucius.  If you can’t make it to The High Watt, perhaps, you can catch them for free at Grimeys around 6pm on your way home from work.  If you can’t make it out at all, then tune into Lightning 100 around 2pm for their live set on your radio dial.

Milo Greene are an LA-based indie pop quintet that has been creating quite a stir after their recent tour with The Civil Wars, a very nice write up by NPR over the summer, and their performance on Letterman.  You can have a listen to their hit track “1957” from their S/T debut LP below.

The opener includes Lucius who are a couple of Brooklyn gals that have a full embrace on the pop hooks that will enter them into the indie conversation for this upcoming year.  You can have a listen to the track “Don’t Just Sit There” below, and if you have the desire to contact their management the email address is sofuckingcute@…  I’m not really going to give out anyone’s email address, but could I really pass that up that username?

Things get started at 9pm tonight, and you can snag $10 tickets here.
