We’re running a little ticket giveaway to the Plants and Animals show at The End on Tuesday, and all you have to do is send an email to us here to enter to win (full details below).  If you don’t know Plants and Animals, they are a Canadian rock group that have releases spanning back to 2005, and their debut full length Parc Avenue released in 2008 via Secret City Records.  They have since released two more full lengths including their most recent The End Of That in February of 2012.

They have been touring in support of some pretty damn big names such as Grizzly Bear, Wolf Parade, Broken Bells, Gnarls Barkley, The National, & Frightened Rabbit.  They have also played spots at Pitchfork Festival, Primavera in Barcelona, Bumbershoot in Seattle, End of the Road in the English countryside, & a marquee spot at the Montreal Jazz Festival.  Needless to say, it’ll be pretty awesome to see them at the humble confines of The End on Tuesday May 29th.  You can watch the video for the title track off of The End Of That below.

Things get started with Nashville’s Ri¢hie & Bows and Arrows around 9pm.  To enter to win a free pair of tickets, send an email to us here (we won’t do anything with your email other than pick a winner and then throw them all away).  Make sure you leave your FULL name, so we can put your FULL name on the guest list.  For those of you that have cute nicknames and stuff, please use the name that is on your driver’s license.  The winner will be chosen at random on Monday at noon CST.  Easy enough!
