New Sigur Ros Record Due Out in May

Those of you that follow the music news from sources other than here probably already know that Sigur Ros has a new record, Valtari, coming out on May 29th.  Those of you that follow both me and other music news are probably wondering why I haven’t mentioned this before… since I am obviously enamored with Sigur Ros.  After all that hype about Iceland’s favorite musicians hanging it up, this is great news for fans of gibberish singing post rock.  You can check out a trailer for the new record below… which is probably just an outtake from their Inni movie that came out last year.  If you haven’t pissed all your neighbors off watching that at insane volume, you’re doing yourself a disservice.
