Hear everything you missed from SXSW (even if you were there)

It’s one of those days where I’m closing up a bunch of open windows similar to those old News and Tracks days, and I stumbled across a bunch of old links to some great shows from SXSW in Austin a couple of weeks ago.

Maybe you want to start with the video of the Keynote from The Boss?

Then you can listen to Sharon Van Etten’s performace (available to download here).

Watch Dan Deacon at Stubb’s BBQ (download the audio here).

Watch Brittany Howard & Alabama Shakes tear it up in front of 2,000 fans (download the audio here).

Listen to Andrew Bird before he was sick at The Ryman (download here).

Watch La Vida Boheme (download the audio here)

Watch Sugar Tongue Slim may not be appropriate for your cubicle (download and listen on your headphones here)

Watch what you missed from Poliça at The Basement in Nashville

Watch what you missed from Lower Dens last summer at The Basment (download the audio here)

Check back at NPR for upcoming live feeds of Fiona Apple and The Magnetic Fields, or you can just check out some vids from the Fiona Apple show that popped up at Stereogum.

After you are finished with that, you can head over to Mellow Johnny’s Bike Shop to hear KEXP’s recordings of Howler, The Barr Brothers, Wussy, and Allen Stone.

Well, that’s a good 8 hours of listening, so I’m gonna leave you with your speakers.  Enjoy!
