Katie Herzig, 12th & Porter, Tonight In Nashville, Free Ticket Giveaway

Woohoo, it’s Friday!!  Whaddya say we celebrate with some catchy pop tunes and a set of free tickets?!?  Ignore the weather, it’s going to be great tonight in Nashville!

You probably already know about pop songstress Katie Herzig, she’s been a fixture in Nashville for several years now.  Or, maybe you have seen her as part of the Ten Out Of Tenn collective.  Or, maybe you even know her from her roots in Colorado as part of Newcomers Home.  Or maybe you know her songs from television shows like One Tree Hill, Grey’s Anatomy (lots of times), Pretty Little Liars, Smallville, et cetera.  Let’s focus on the here and now though, Katie has been putting out pretty top notch solo records for a while now, and is currently supporting her most recent release, The Waking Sleep (released Sep 21 2011).

She will be bringing her style of acoustically driven pop sounds to 12th and Porter tonight.  The show starts at 9pm, and things get started with openers Butterfly Boucher & Peter Groenwald.  Tickets are $12, BUT we are offering up a pair of tickets for this show.  Enter to win by leaving a comment on this blog post, and I will choose a winner at random around 2pm CST this afternoon (11/4/11).  Congrats to our winner, Henry.
