I am clearly new in town. So, Bear Cub might be a well known staple in Nashville, but, as a transplant, I am stoked to stumble across them. These guys remind me of a younger, not-so-sure (that’s kinda refreshing) Wilco.
I’m looking forward to hearing them at the Mercy Lounge on Wednesday May 25th. Also, looking forward to checking out The Smoking Flowers and The Allen Thompson Band. I need me some music from to some promising local bands.
If you can’t get out to see Bear Cub at The Mercy Lounge, they are also playing The Rutledge on May 26th, and Foobar on June 9th.
