Musicians Corner’s Spring Season Concludes with John Paul White, Caleb Elliot, Bedouine, & More | June 28 & 29 @ Centennial Park

Celebrating its 10th year, Nashville’s free, all ages, biannual musical showcase series Musician’s Corner is now eight weeks into its spring season at Centennial Park, which concludes this weekend, June 28 & 29, with yet another impressive slate of performers, like LA indie folk singer Bedouine and fellow LA folk artist Jamie Drake on Friday, and Alabama folk staple (and former half of The Civil Wars) John Paul White and Louisiana singer-songwriter Caleb Elliot on Saturday, in addition to Friday’s Robby Hecht, Ethansroom, and Gustavo Guerrero, and Saturday’s The Prescriptions, Exotic Dangers, Duquette Johnston, Ethan Samuel Brown, Amy Corey, Karen Hardy, and Riley Moore.

Following the template of seasons past, Friday evenings throughout May and June have featured an Acoustic Friday Night lineup from 5-9 p.m., and each Saturday, Musicians Corner has hosted both Main Stage and Lightning 100 Acoustic Stage performers from 12-6 p.m. The event is family friendly, all ages, and free, and features food trucks, beer, local vendors, Kidsville activities, and more! Boasting perhaps the most impressive lineup in the festival’s history, the 2019 spring season has featured over 100 mostly local and regional acts from a wide range of musical backgrounds, and ends on a high note, with John Paul White’s Single Lock Records will curating Saturday’s lineup, which White also headlines.

Needless to say, Musicians Corner remains one of the most vibrant, fun, and frugal ways to experience some of the best artists Music City has to offer, and this year’s lineup definitely has had us circling our calendars throughout the spring, and eagerly awaiting the fall’s month-long September Sundown series, which begins weekly on Sept. 5.
