It’s been another great week for the site. We can’t thank you guys enough for visiting and reading and supporting everything that we work so hard on! We’ve got plenty of great show and album coverage coming up this week, tons of new Bonnaroo information, and an announcement that we can’t wait to make!

As we kick off a new week, here’s a look back at everything we covered from last week:

  • NEWS: Unfortunately, Morrissey was forced to postpone his Tuesday night Ryman Auditorium performance due to illness.
  • NEWS: An altercation occurred at Rocketown Saturday night, following a band’s attempts to provoke crowd members and staff.
  • NEWS: We reported on the imminent return of pop punk band Fall Out Boy, ahead of the group’s announcement.
  • NEWS: Jack White is among the latest group of Nashville artists set to perform live at The Grammys.
  • NEWS: Prog-rock band Rush announced plans to return to Nashville.
  • NEWS: The Mars Volta disbanded, as announced by singer Cedric Bixler-Zavala on Twitter.
  • NEWS: Bad Religion and Against Me! announced a March show in Nashville.
  • NEWS: An employee of local venue Rocketown was fired over a shirt and sentiments on social networking promoting equality. He later issued a personal statement on the matter. Several national tours pulled their dates at Rocketown as a result.
  • NEWS: The Postal Service reunion was confirmed, and expected to expand beyond just Coachella.
  • FEATURE: This Weekend in Nashville: We highlighted our picks for the best weekend shows and events around town.
  • BONNAROO: We think the answer to Bonnaroo’s 8th Roo Clue is Purity Ring.
  • BONNAROO: We think the answer to Bonnaroo’s 7th Roo Clue is A$AP Rocky.
  • BONNAROO: We think the answer to Bonnaroo’s 6th Roo Clue is Of Monsters and Men.
  • BONNAROO: We think the answer to Bonnaroo’s 5th Roo Clue is Tame Impala.
  • BONNAROO: We think the answer to Bonnaroo’s 4th Roo Clue is MGMT.
  • SHOW: Soft Opening, Dirty Dreams, and Ttotals played at Springwater Supper Club.
  • SHOW: Rebecca Roubion, Hannah Miller, and Levi Weaver played at The High Watt.
  • RELEASE: Paramore released their new single “Now,” along with album art and details.
  • RELEASE: Brendan Benson premiered his new single “Swimming.”
  • POLL: Our friends at The Deli Nashville are running a “Best Emerging Nashville Artist of 2012” poll.
