Continuing a media tour in promotion of their new album, the Dan Auerbach-produced Tell Me I’m Pretty, which, in recent months, has included stops on The Tonight Show and The Late Late Show, local rockers Cage the Elephant appeared on Conan last night to perform downtempo single “Trouble.” As it’s not as rowdy a tune, the guys delivered an appropriately calm, but sonically flawless, rendition of the track, flexing the versatility that makes them one of the world’s best bands. Conan himself seemed especially impressed, making a point to tell the group that he still has the drum head they gave him last year. Watch below!
