In an effort to send their hugely successful and transformative “Self-Titled era” out with a bang, Nashville pop rock trio Paramore have announced a run of slightly more intimate (at least by arena-rocking standards) appearances, which they describe as fan-geared celebrations, with newly-reunited indie rockers Copeland. Immediately after their performance at Alabama’s Hangout Fest, the group will play Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House for the first time ever on May 17, and it should be extra special considering not only are Paramore local, but they played their first show ever at The End in Nashville in 2004, opening for Copeland. Tickets for the May 17 outing go on sale next Friday, Jan. 30, at 10 a.m. CST, with various pre-sales beginning Monday, Jan. 26.
