New Music from Natural Child & D.Watusi

We get a lot of submissions over here, and try my hardest to listen to as many as I can.  And then, of course, I spend a lot of time trying to find some new music to share (or just dig on personally).  So, it was pretty great to finally spend some time this past weekend with some new tracks from Nashville’s Natural Child & D. Watusi on pretty much a constant loop.

“Big Pimpin” is the first single off of Natural Child’s third full-length album Hard In Heaven on September 11, 2012 on Burger Records.  This is the follow up to their April 2012 release For The Love Of The Game.  It’s obviously been a busy year for them, and the summer will be no different as they start their tour off with King Tuff.  We thought they were going to be opening things up for The Stone Fox, but construction delays put a hamper on that.  That show has been moved over to the VFW Hall on Charlotte.  I found a pretty sweet promo poster that I threw in below those tracks down there.

The Cream did a pretty great write up about the D. Watusi single, and I have never been one to reinvent the wheel.  So, check that out here.  If you missed their release show at The Zombie Shop on Friday, you’ll surely be able to catch them around town after their tour ends in a few weeks.

Dig on some new Nashville music.
