We just announced the Passion Pit show on July 15th, but, if electropop isn’t your cup of tea, maybe you want to rock out to the smooth vocals of Jenn Wasner and Wye Oak. Mercy hasn’t announced the show yet, but Wye Oak has announced it. I wonder if she hammered out the details a couple of weeks ago when Wasner was in town opening for that kick ass Sharon Van Etten show with her side project Flock of Dimes.
I got to check out Wye Oak twice last year, and both were very solid shows. So, I would definitely recommend putting this on your calendar now. I’ll keep you in the loop on the tickets, and you can listen to the title track from their last record below.
