As spring takes off, we’re already gearing up for summer, with plenty of concert series lineup announcements and Bonnaroo buzz. But, don’t worry, there’s plenty going on until then; keep an eye on the calendar for tons of great shows, and stay glued to the site for constant news and coverage. We know how busy this time of year can get, so we’ve got you covered with a recap of everything from last week:

  • PODCAST: We premiered the third episode of the No Country For New Nashville Podcast, featuring Vinyl Thief.
  • NEWS: Bonnaroo announced its exciting 2014 Club Stage bands lineup, including lots of local acts!
  • NEWS: Musicians Corner announced its awesome full spring lineup!
  • NEWS: Mad Decent Block Party announced a late August stop in Nashville.
  • NEWS: Nashville Dancin’ announced the inaugural lineup for its 2014 return!
  • NEWS: Kansas Bible Company won the third and final round of Road to Bonnaroo.
  • NEWS: Justin Timberlake announced ANOTHER Nashville show on December 19.
  • FEATURE: This Weekend in Nashville: Our staff picked out the must-see shows of the weekend.
  • REVIEW: B.B. King performed at the Schermerhorn with The Robert Cray Band, and we were there to see it (w/ PHOTOS).

  • SHOW: Tour De Fun hosted free, bike-centric showcases all across East Nashville.
  • SHOW: Vinyl Thief, INTL, and Phin got together for a sold out show at The High Watt.
  • SHOW: Superchunk and Bully performed at Mercy Lounge.
  • SHOW: Vanderbilt’s Rites of Spring Festival took place over the weekend, with a killer lineup.
  • SHOW: John and Jacob returned to 3rd and Lindsley for a performance with Seryn.
  • SHOW: Caked Up brought their EDM sound to Anthem.
  • SHOW: Denney & The Jets performed an in-store at Fond Object.
  • SHOW: k.s. Rhoads, Young Summer, Emily Hackett, and Devan DuBois had a secret show in 12 South.
  • SHOW: B.B. King brought the blues to the Schermerhorn with The Robert Cray Band.
  • SHOW: Ladies of Rock put together a great showcase at The East Room.
  • RELEASE: Goo Goo Dolls dropped a new live EP ahead of a sold out show in Nashville!
  • RELEASE: Tobacco premiered a new single ahead of his April 30 show at Mercy Lounge!
  • RELEASE: Aliza Carter Band dropped their new EP, ahead of an April 30 release show at The Stone Fox!
  • STREAM: Mac DeMarco‘s new album is streaming ahead of two live dates in Nashville.
  • STREAM: Scale Model’s debut album, ‘Star,’ became available for streaming.
  • VIDEO: Vinyl Thief stopped by DCXV for a Shop Session.
  • CONTEST: We’re giving away tickets to see The Weeks at the Cannery Ballroom May 10 with Robert Ellis!
