The little indie band that got it’s start here in Nashville is all grown up. Alabama Shakes have seen a meteoric rise in notoriety since we first started talking about them last summer. They are confirmed to play SXSW, Sasquatch, Hang Out Festival, and Bonnaroo; they just announced tour dates with a swing through Europe; and their live 7″ is available at Third Man now; they just released a KEXP session; and the rumors are swirling about a Daytrotter session…. AND their debut LP, Boys And Girls, doesn’t release until April 10th. What a year for The Alabama Shakes! Congrats!
