From Animal Collective to St. Vincent to James Blake, it seems like Marathon Music Works keeps getting better and better. It was just announced that Australian dance-rock vets Cut Copy will play on March 19, 2014 for the Free Your Mind tour. This also supports our theory about bands that play the AC Entertainment-booked venue—they could show up in Manchester for Bonnaroo 2014.

Cut Copy released their fourth full-length in early September, Free Your Mind, and have since played a string of European dates, not to mention we saw them at Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit in Asheville this past October. We can’t tell you how we have longed for the day when Nashville became a hub for this type of act, and it’s happening. Get ready to dance your goddamn pants off. Tickets are $20 (ADV), $25 (DOS).
