Hanni El Khatib’s “You Rascal You” is NPR’s Song of the Day

I haven’t really gotten back to Hanni El Khatib since we talked about him before Bonnaroo and then again for his little (if you didn’t have tickets to U2) gig at The End in July.  Well, thank you NPR for a tweet to remind me to listen to his debut full length record again this morning.  They spotlighted “You Rascal You” from Will The Guns Come Out as their song of the day.  You can have a listen to that track below.

While I was looking around for any upcoming North American tour dates (I didn’t find any), I stumbled across this video that he just released for the track “Fuck It, You Win”.  It is complete with drinking, puking, tongue kissing, boobies, a dog, and some fire.  It’s worth checking out, but the word “boobies” should have tipped you off that it might not be safe for work.
