Impossible Truth releases March 19th on Merge

Nashville guitar maestro William Tyler is probably best known for his work with Lambchop, but he stepped out in 2010 with his solo debut Behold The Spirit.  The past couple of years have kept him very busy with the release of Lambchop’s Mr. M earlier this year, his family opening the amazing venue/eatery/libation station The Stone Fox, and now a second LP of his own.  The new LP, Impossible Truth, is set for release on Merge Records on March 19th, and you can check out the first track “Cadillac Desert” below.  Spin debuted the track last week, and you can read that write up right here.  If you’ve never seen him do his thing live, you should sift back through the stacks and check out his Live & Reel session which he also found time to drop last year.
