On the heels of last week’s unfortunate Pilgrimage Festival rain out, which caused the Franklin based fest to cancel midway through day one without any of its planned headlining performances, would-be first night headliner, resident local rocker, and Third Man head honcho Jack White has announced a quick makeup show for his adopted hometown: Nov. 20 at Bridgestone Arena.
Aside from a last minute, nearly impossible to attend appearance at his own Third Man Records earlier this year, this marks White’s first local appearance since the recent release of his ambitious, critically-acclaimed third album Boarding House Reach, and first Nashville headliner since 2015, also at Bridgestone (not counting a handful of regional festival outings).
Joining Jack and his newly assembled band for this very special outing are Third Man artists and country leaning local breakout performers Margo Price and Joshua Hedley (who also got rained out at Pilgrimage), guaranteeing this to be a night of spectacular, genre-spanning tunes. While tickets officially go on sale Friday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. CDT right here, you can grab ’em now using pre-sale code ‘VOCALS’!
