Dinosaur Jr. to Play Cannery Ballroom March 23 | Watch Them Play “Goin Down” on ‘Conan’

Alt-rock pioneers Dinosaur Jr. have announced a spring North American tour in support of their latest, this summer’s Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not, which returns them to Nashville for the first time in over four years, March 23 at Cannery Ballroom. Without the seminal group’s late ’80s output, the ’90s alt rock explosion arguably would have sounded a lot different, and, since reforming with their classic lineup a decade ago, they’ve experienced something of a late career renaissance. Watch the band’s recent appearance on Conan, where they performed Give a Glimpse opener “Goin Down,” then grab tickets to their Music City return beginning Friday, Dec. 9 at 10 a.m. CST right here.
