Celebrate Radiohead’s ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’ TODAY @ Grimey’s!

Radiohead‘s phenomenal ninth album, A Moon Shaped Pool, receives its physical release today, June 17, and, in celebration, famed local record shop Grimey’s will be celebrating with an all-day listening party, plus participating in an official listening event, curated by the band themselves. Beginning when the shop opens at 11, they’ll be spinning the new LP on the turnable, then, around noon, an official, indie shop exclusive live streaming event will begin, dubbed Radiohead Live From The Roundhouse – Tracks Selected by Jonny, which featured live performances from the last few months curated by guitarist Jonny Greenwood. Following that will be playlists from other band members, as well as giveaways for various special, Radiohead-supplied prizes! Also unique to Grimey’s, if you wear your favorite Radiohead shirt, you can have your picture taken for a collage project. STANLEY DONWOOD HAS CREATED AN ‘INCONSEQUENTIAL PAMPHLET’ (HIS WORDS) BASED ON HIS EXPERIENCES CREATING THE ALBUM COVER.
