Though considerably smaller in scale than other regional events like Bonnaroo, Forecastle, and even Pilgrimage Fest, Knoxville’s Rhythm N’ Blooms has, over the past few years, really become an indispensable player in the summer fest game, using their knack for curation to make every lineup spot count while keeping tickets incredibly affordable. This year’s event, which takes place April 8-10, is undoubtedly the best one yet, boasting headliners MUTEMATH, The Mavericks, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Old 97’s, and The Black Cadillacs, as well favorites such as The Lone Bellow, Knox Hamilton, Quiet Life, and Twin Limb. Per usual, plenty of Nashville artists (Cory Branan, Liz Longley, Banditos, Koa) are on the bill, and even more Knoxville local talent help beef it up. At $75 and just a short trip away, this feels like a wonderful, laid back way to ease yourself into this year’s festival season. If you agree, check out the full list of performers below, with Nashville-based acts in bold.
