Acclaimed singer-songwriter Josh Ritter has released a colorful new video for his latest single, “Where the Night Goes.” The arrival of his eighth studio album, Sermon on the Rocks, was accompanied by a blue-and-yellow art direction that can be seen on everything from the record’s cover to his giant ad painted on the side of The Basement East last year.
That theme continues in Ritter’s new time-lapsed video, which appears to show him painting a canvas with those same primary colors. The result is a pretty impressive piece of art that would look right at home on the walls of any East Nashville bungalow.
Josh will return to Cannery Ballroom for a headlining show on Feb. 27, and tickets are likely to sell out. You can still grab some for just $25, so reserve yours after you check out “Where the Night Goes” below.
