Local rockers Frances & The Foundation are set to release their newest EP, Phases, this Friday, September 18th. We already brought you the first single, “Plant The Seed,” and today we are following that up with an exclusive premiere of the full EP! Like the first single, which featured an arena ready rock swagger, the remainder of the EP shows off the alt-rock chops of front woman Samantha Cutler, with her aggressive, powerful vocals making one wonder what the Foo Fighters might sound like with a female lead.
