As we told you earlier this year, Swedish indie folk singer Kristian Matsson, better known by his stage name The Tallest Man on Earth, is gearing up to release his highly-anticipated followup to 2012’s There’s No Leaving Now, called Dark Bird Is Home, May 12 through Dead Oceans, and, in support, will headline The Ryman Auditorium for the first time ever on May 27. We brought you lead single “Sagres” along with the show announcement, and, now, we have another taste of the album in the form of its incredible title track. “Dark Bird Is Home” has us chomping at the bit for both the LP release the the subsequent show, so listen below and grab your tickets right here.
