Fall is right around the corner, and the cooler weather will bring block parties to the forefront of your weekend plans. Go ahead and mark your calendar for October 18th as Lightning 100 and Marathon Village are bringing you the Blocktoberfest Fall Block Party. This one will feature national acts like WALK THE MOON, international acts like Scars On 45, and lots of local standouts like Matt Mahaffey’s sElf, Boom Forest, Vinyl Thief, and *repeat repeat.
We’ll have more info on this one as the show approaches, but it goes without saying that you will want to be there. Tickets go on sale this Friday (9/12) with general admission or VIP packages available. Doors open for this one at 2pm, and the music gets going around 3pm for those 18 or older.
