Hard rock/hair metal mavens Mötley Crüe have been been threatening to throw in the towel for quite some time now, and, finally, it appears that they’re actually prepared to. Though many bands bill their tours as a “farewell,” only to resurface for a “comeback” or reunion just a few years later, the Crüe have gone so far as to sign a binding agreement, baring them from performing any further shows in the future after their just-announced North American run. Whether or not they’ll stick to it is anyone’s guess but, if you’re a fan, you might want to scoop up tickets to the band’s Oct. 15 outing at Bridgestone Arena for one (potentially) final go, just in case. Alice Cooper will support and tickets go on sale this Friday, Jan. 31, at 10 a.m., starting at a mere $16.70.
