Holiday shopping and christmas bonuses help to stuff the stockings for festival revelers this time of year. We saw the Bonnaroo pre-sale come and go (in our annual Bonnaroo rumors post), and now it is time to let you know about the pre-sale for Louisville’s Forecastle Festival. We caught a bit of the festival last year, and were blown away by the quaint surroundings with the powerhouse lineup. While we don’t yet have the Forecastle lineup for 2014, that will surely work itself out pretty clearly after Bonnaroo announces in February. You don’t have to worry though; it will be well worth your hard earned duckets.

Special priced pre-sale tickets for the 2014 Forecastle Festival go on sale this Friday, Dec. 13, at 11 a.m. CST.  This limited release of general admission tickets will cost $119.50 (plus applicable fees and service charges) over at the Forecastle site.  Special weekend hotel rates are also available.  Full ticketing options, including VIP, travel packages, and single day passes will be announced in early 2014.

You can check out a video of highlights from last year below.
