We were all aflutter to check out that new venue The Stone Fox in West Nashville, and we were disappointed to hear that construction delays have brought us a venue change. King Tuff, Natural Child, & Birdcloud are now going to be rocking our Thursday night at The VFW Post 1970 on Charlotte Ave. I’m sure we will have many more nights to come at The Stone Fox, but this show is worth checking out regardless of the venue.
King Tuff front man, Kyle Thomas, is probably best known for his previous work alongside J. Mascis in Witch, but you are going to be hearing more and more about this garage rocker with his recent Subpop self titled release. I’ve spent quite a bit of time with this record, and, if you are a fan of loud garage rock with lyrics that literally scream pop, then you probably will too. You can check out that record below (lookie, lookie… I learned how to put up a Spotify player).

But, the fun doesn’t stop there, things get started around 8pm with some of our faves, Natural Child and Birdcloud. You can check out the track “Big Pimpin” from Natural Child & Birdcloud’s awesome new video after the jump.
