R&B singer ZZ Ward is showing off a poppier, more electronic sound on the two songs she’s released from her upcoming record This Means War, “Love 3X” and “Lonely.” That first single has been remixed by five different big-name producers, with one remix being released each day this week. This is a new direction for the singer, whose former hip hop and blues influenced vintage pop sound had her in the same league as singers like Joss Stone and Adele. Click through to listen to the remixes by RAC, Joywave, Robert DeLong, R3HAB, and AOBeats, and be sure to catch Ward live at Marathon Music Works on Sept. 4. Pick up tickets here.
