We told you about Nashville (by way of Tyler, Texas) rock and soul trio Cardboard Kids when they released their music video for “What’s the Catch” last month. Today, the group have dropped their debut full-length, Echo Boomer, through American Echo Records! The 12 track collection was produced by Tres Sasser, and recorded and mixed by Joe Costa at The Sound Shelter Studio in Franklin, and features guest vocals from the likes of Poema and Ruby Amanfu. You can listen to the whole thing below (or purchase here)!
Additionally, Cardboard Kids have teamed up with Cause A Scene for a record release show, also set to feature Golden Youth, Lenachka, and Poema May 23 at The High Watt! You can grab tickets here for just $5, or pick up a bundle that includes Echo Boomer for only $10! Cardboard Kids are one of Nashville’s most exciting up and coming acts, and seem poised to become a fixture in the local scene. Don’t miss out on this chance to catch them in such an intimate space!
