You may (or may not) have noticed that the posts have been scarce for the past week or so. That’s because I was rumbling along in a truck across the country to officially settle into Nashville. So, it’s fitting that we start things back up here with a reminder about the road to Bonnaroo which begins tonight at Mercy Lounge. Now that we know about the epic lineup, we get to help Bonnaroo fill out the bottom of the card with some great regional acts. This is the first in a series of several events, and we will work hard to keep you in the loop about all the bands vying for the coveted spot. I’ve thrown up a few videos from each of the bands performing tonight.
The set times will be approximately 9:15–9:30, 9:40–9:55, 10:05–10:20, 10:30–10:45, 10:55–11:10, 11:20–11:35, 11:45–12:00, 12:10–12:25. The artists playing each slot are determined by a random drawing before the night begins. Best of all… IT’S FREE! So, get out and see some live music!
